Are you ready for the 2019 FOTH Summer Barbecue?

 

We hope you & the children will join us for a much-anticipated evening on Thursday 27th June, 6-8.30pm at the Barnes Home Guard, East Sheen.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The FOTH Summer Barbecue is organised by parents, for children, staff & parents. For the uninitiated, we would like to take this opportunity to highlight some important information. (Even if you're an old hand at this event, please read these few reminders to ensure a pleasant evening for all.) Thank you!

 

TICKETS

Adult Ticket £18 | Child Ticket £12 | Ages 2 & under go FREE

Tokens available for advance purchase at a 10% discount | Pick-up at gate

• Tickets are available to immediate family members of current THS boys only. Please help us to ensure each boy and his family have the first opportunity to attend this extremely popular event.

• Any remaining tickets will be released for extended family members, nannies, past or future THS boys, etc. on 25th June.

• We expect this event to sell out quickly. Purchase your tickets early to avoid disappointment.

SAFETY & PARKING

• Members of staff are invited as our guests and as such are not on duty to supervise children. Parents are responsible for their own children.

• To ensure the children's safety, please do not allow them to run or play in the car park or go behind the safety barriers around the inflatable games where there are generators that run the inflatables.

• We are not permitted to park in the car park, although it will be used by the inflatable games company and the catering company, as well as members of the Home Guard throughout the evening.

 

CLEAN-UP

• We are very lucky to be able to use the Home Guard grounds for this event. One of the conditions of use is that we remove all rubbish from the site that evening.

• We would like to thank you in advance for any help in clearing up at the end of the evening.

• If you are not able to help, please help us by leaving promptly at 8.30pm with your children, so we can clean up as quickly and efficiently as possible.

• You can also lend a hand by taking a bag of rubbish home and placing it in your own bin. (Please do not leave it in the bins, gardens or skips of local residents.)

PHOTOGRAPHY

• There will be a photographer taking photos for the school's new website and if any parent would rather not feature in a photo, please inform the photographer.
