Please join us for fun, games and delicious food at FOTH's Summer BBQ at Barnes Home Guard.

In order to limit numbers this year we are holding the BBQ over two evenings. Please register at the entrance when you arrive.

​

Thursday 1st July - Senior School, 6.00-8.00pm

Fairground games, sweet stall and bar, plus a brand new inflatable and  a new giant activity!

​

Friday 2nd July - Junior School, 4.00-6.00pm

Fairground games, the very popular Tombola, bar, plus a brand new inflatable and activity!

​​

Families with children in both the junior and the senior school are more than welcome to attend both events.

​

FOOD

For the adults, there will be slow roasted hog served with fresh white or brown bread rolls, plus homemade sage and onion stuffing, bramley apple cider sauce and let’s not forget the amazing crispy crackling!

​

There will also be a delicious crumbed veggie burger served with fresh white or brown bread rolls.

 

Condiments include a delicious sticky BBQ sauce and sweet chilli sauce. 

 

There will also be Bella Hog’s famous hot roast new potatoes and 5 mouthwatering salads, including a delicious Greek salad, Tandoori spiced pasta and American style slaw.

​

For the Junior School boys, there will be a jumbo sausage in a roll. Senior school boys can choose between hog roast or burger.

​

The ever popular Steph's Ices will be serving 99's and a selection of ice lollies!

​

Tokens available for advance purchase at a 10% discount | Pick-up at gate

• Tickets are available to immediate family members of current THS boys only.

SAFETY & PARKING

• Members of staff are invited as our guests and as such are not on duty to supervise children. Parents are responsible for their own children.

• To ensure the children's safety, please do not allow them to run or play in the car park or go behind the safety barriers around the inflatable games where there are generators that run the inflatables.

• We are not permitted to park in the car park. Please be aware of supplier vehicles and non THS Swimway pool visitors.

 

CLEAN-UP​

• We would like to thank you in advance for any help in clearing up at the end of the evening using the bins provided.

• Please also help us by leaving promptly at the end of the event, so we can clean up as quickly and efficiently as possible.

DATA PROTECTION

• There may be some photos taken for FOTH's website.  If you would rather not feature in a photo, please email secretary@foth.org.uk..

• Your email address, names, year groups and dietary preferences will be held securely by FOTH and only used for the purpose of this event.

• Credit card information is held by Paypal. Please see their data protection policies for more details.Any transactional fees will not be passed onto you.
