TICKETS

Ticketa @ £17.50 per person (no charge for children 3 yrs and under)

• Tokens for activities are available for advance purchase at a discounted rate.

• Further tokens can be purchased on the day at full price (1 token = £1)

• Tickets are available to immediate family members of current THS boys only.

• Price includes your choice of a burger, sausage hot dog, veggie burger.

• Tickets will be received electronically when you book and must be printed or presented electronically at food stand to receive your meal. If you are supervising children other than your own, please ensure you have their tickets.

• Pre-paid tokens will be ready for collection at the event. Please proceed to the collection table.

ENTERTAINMENT

• All games and inflatables will be charged in tokens, which are available to buy at a discounted rate with your tickets. Further tokens can be bought on the day at full price (1 token = £1). The bar and sweet/savoury stall will accept card payments.

RAFFLE

• Raffle tickets are available to buy with your tickets online or in person via your class rep. See poster for prizes information. The raffle will be drawn at 6.30 pm at the BBQ. Any winners not available at the BBQ will be contacted after the event.

SAFETY & PARKING

• Members of staff are invited as our guests and as such are not on duty to supervise children. Parents are responsible for their own children.

• To ensure the children's safety, please do not allow them to go behind the safety barriers around the inflatable games, where there are generators that run the inflatables.

• There is no parking available at Home Guard.

• Please note that Swim Way's lessons continue as normal and members of the public will be entering the premises with children. The entrance to the swimming pool must be accessible at all times.

• Tower House School will not tolerate any sexual harassment of staff and will always investigate thoroughly any such complaint.
